Forge is a personal record-keeping tool for adults who use peptides. It is not medical advice and never tells you what to take. These terms cover your account, the community, subscriptions and the limits of what we are responsible for.

Acceptance and age

By creating an account or using Forge you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Forge.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Forge. Forge is operated by A&A Digital LLC, a company in the United States.

What Forge is and is not

Forge is a personal record-keeping app: it lets you log doses, vials, protocols, weight and lifestyle data, calculate reconstitution volumes from numbers you enter, and share what you are doing with a community.

Forge is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat anything, and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist. Forge never recommends doses. Any dose, compound, cadence or calculation shown in the app comes from what you or other users entered, and community stacks are other people’s personal records, not recommendations.

Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing anything you take. You are solely responsible for anything you decide to take and for checking every calculation before you rely on it.

Your account

You need an account to use Forge. Sign in with Apple or use an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account, and only your own account.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or from the Manage account sheet. Deletion removes your server data as described in the Privacy Policy; data stored on your phone and your App Store subscription are not affected and must be handled separately.

Community rules

The community exists to share what people are doing, not to trade. When you publish a stack, comment or interact with others you agree to the following.

No sourcing, selling or vendor links. Do not name vendors, ask where to buy, offer to sell, or post links, handles or contact details for any seller. A server rule rejects vendor links and moderators remove sourcing content.
No objectionable or abusive content. No harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation, fake results or content that encourages dangerous dosing.
No spam or advertising.
Publish only your own photos and only photos of yourself.

We have zero tolerance for these violations. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, without notice. You can report any stack or comment from inside the app; we aim to review reports within 24 hours. You can also block any user, which hides their content from you.

Your content and our licence to show it

You own what you publish. So that Forge can work, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and distribute the content you publish (including photos) within Forge and to other Forge users, for as long as it is published. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users may already have made of what you published.

You confirm that you have the right to publish what you post and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or these terms.

Photos you publish are stored privately and shown only to signed-in Forge users, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and free trials

Forge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple’s App Store, offered monthly or yearly. The exact price, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the subscription screen in the app and confirmed by the App Store before you are charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you have not cancelled. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Forge account does not cancel the subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Apple handles billing and refunds. Forge cannot issue refunds; request them from Apple. Prices may change for future periods; Apple will notify you before a price increase takes effect.

Acceptable use

Do not use Forge to break the law, including laws about controlled substances in your country.
Do not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, attack or overload Forge or its servers, or access other users’ data.
Do not upload malicious code, use automated accounts, or circumvent the daily scan limit or any other limit.
Do not use Forge to advertise, recruit, or collect other users’ information.

Termination

You can stop using Forge and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, the Community guidelines or the law, or if we discontinue Forge. If we terminate for a breach you are not entitled to a refund, and Apple’s refund policy applies to any subscription.

Disclaimers

Forge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-interruption. Calculations, community content and meal estimates can be wrong. We do not guarantee that Forge will be available, error-free or secure, or that any data will be preserved; keep your own records.

Community content is written by other users. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&A Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome, injury, or loss arising from anything you take, do or rely on in connection with Forge. Our total liability for any claim relating to Forge is limited to the amount you paid for Forge in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

App Store

Forge is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Forge, and is not responsible for Forge or its content. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your download.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top; material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes or by email to your account address. Continuing to use Forge after a change means you accept the new terms.
